Ebay instructions

Email the seller and explain to him what happened. Suggest that you pay his relisting fees as a gesture for the mistake. If he does not agree, then email EBay and explain the situation to them.

My MP3 player was given to me as a Christmas present and i am being asked to pay a fee to get a answer to a question. Please advise & thanks.

If you go to a site to ask questions about your product, then navigate away from that site. There are plenty of sites that will help you. Also your product manufacturer should have a web site that will help.

Soup Damage :/

Well, certainly there's a good chance you can get it repaired. First, I would take it to Apple Reseller first, not a backyard Consumer Electronic Repair shop. Take it to an Apple Reseller who will ship it out for repair most likely. They usually will charge you a flat fee of around $85 at first, then after the actual problem has been found, they will give you a more precise firm estimate.
It is possible the inner circuits have been damaged beyond salvage, but you'll never know until you ship it out for repair.

Hope this helps..... :D

My answer is not correct in math and please help me solve the additon subtrtion of money

It is easier when you explain the math problem... If that doesn't help ...., then " it's hard to earn money and it's even harder to keep it once you've earned it...unless you use it to make more money...then it becomes an endless cycle and of course when you get all that money you'll only want the money you don't have...the final solution is - you only want that which isn't yours...or infinity+1.(a goo-goo-plex is never enough)

Zune 30 gb broken "lock" button

The Lock button came right out and the wires attached to it broke, right? If so, y'alls pfft.
or, if not...
Go to this website and follow Steps 1 thru 4 ONLY. Picture 4 of Step 4 shows the top of the device to the left and the headphone jack nearest you. The Lock button should be right below the top arrow on the left of Picture 4. To unlock it, slide the switch **away** from the headphone jack.

!!! Please note that this is all strictly assumptions on my part. I have *never* taken my 30gig apart and am strictly working from the pics & past experience w/ micro-electronics. Do Not Take My Words As Being Absolutely Correct !!!

FEES

Hey cap33kla,

Please keep in mind that Best Buy™ stores do charge a 15% restocking fee on products from select categories whenever they are returned both opened and non-defective. Those categories include laptop computers, digital cameras, camcorders, GPS devices, radar detectors, mobile video products and PC/video projectors. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be charged if a product is returned with components missing that were included in the original packaging (such as owner's manual, power cords, and other accessories).

If you were charged a restocking by your local store and were not missing any components when you returned the iPod, you may wish to speak with a manager at that store location or a Consumer Relations representative at 888-Best-Buy (888-237-8289) for further assistance.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Ipod being lost

Dear Aimy,
I had this question asked of me many times while as a service manager for an Apple Computer support company.  I asked Apple Canada about this, and there is no known depot that you can provide the serial number to.  The best thing to do would be to do some prelim. action and notify any local Apple or ipod repair shops.  At least that way if it comes in for service, they would have a flag go up that it was stolen.  The other thing that you may be able to do, although a little more difficult, is contact Apple Support (their number is on the support page of whichever country you live in) and ask them if they can log this serial number.  The reason is that they also have an ipod mail-in service.  They too could potentially catch the unit should it come in for service.
I hope that this helps a bit.  I know that it won't bring it back to you, but it certainly makes it harder for someone to get it fixed should it break down.
Regards,
Paul
