Question about AGPtek Computers & Internet
It was working just fine, I was playing a game, the battery needed to be charged so I plugged it in, now I've got a frozen screen with the time on it that it stopped working and the lock is showing. At the bottom of the screen it says No internet connection and a dead battery.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Lying ipaq H5550!
It's a problem with either the memory board or the button board. With my h5550, the bottom buttons started to stop working and eventualy the PPC stoped charging all together. You can find parts for it online. If all the buttons are working fine, then it's most likely the motherboard. Otherwise it should be the button board.

I didn't see anything specific for a Graphire A5 or a Graphire Bluetooth.
I did find this for a Graphire wireless:
There were some drivers on this page that were dated April of 2008. They could have been updated since your purchase

I'm just gonna pass on a email from Tech Support I recieved.
"It sounds as though your pen has pressure in proximity. This is present when the tip sensor of your pen is stuck down causing the pen to think that it’s clicking before it’s even touching anything. What you may want to try would be to remove the nib from the tip end of the pen, it pulls straight out with a pair or tweezers or your teeth, and leave that out overnight with the pen left on its side. Place the nib back in the morning and if the issue persists then you may have a defective pen tip."
The rest consists of personal info and warranty advice so I'll leave it there.

You should get the tablet, and then get some tape, and then move around the wire, and then when it turns on, tape it onto the tablet, and then it should work intill you take off the tape.

Testimonial: "Thank you! Since posting I had determined that it was a wire placement issue and I have been managing. But, I will definitely tape it and see how that goes!"
