My Garmin ique M3 was frozen and could not turn the... (by 2 users)

I had the same problem (It was a loose conection)....I called Garmin and they told me they are not in contract with palm anymore for this model....So what I did ("But don't recommend you do,if you don't feel comfortable doing it")..."VERY CAREFULLY open the cover by un-screwing the 4 screws on the back and then un-screw the 2 screws on the mother board...And then VERY CAREFULLY pull off the mother board and rest it on something soft, then begin to look for two loose connection which is located where the battery is plugged into the unit...I found that out by testing my battery with a volt-meter, I then push in the connector and now it works great. (Here is a video that show how to replace the battery) "warning". ....consult a professional if you don't feel comfortable with doing this.
