Calibrate Your Display
If part of your display is missing or cut off at the edges of your screen, your TV may be automatically scaling your picture.
You can use the Calibrate Display tool (Settings > Display & Sounds > Display > Calibrate Display) to adjust for this.
When you open the tool, you'll see four grey arrows pointing to the edges of your screen, which you can use as a guide when making your adjustments. Press the Up and Down keys on your Fire TV remote until the grey arrows are completely visible and touching the edges of your screen.
Contacting Your TV Manufacturer .Follow the on-screen instructions to make adjustments with your TV remote. You should still see the grey arrows from the Calibrate Display tool--make sure the tips of the arrows are completely visible and touching the edges of your screen.

Go to the Parental Controls section and enter a new 5-digit PIN under Amazon Video PIN. Then select Reset Your PIN.

USB Storage for Amazon Fire TV (1st Generation).If your storage device is compatible, try safely removing and then re-attaching it to your Amazon Fire TV:
- Select Settings > Device from the Fire TV menu, and then select your storage device.
- Select Eject.
- Wait for the on-screen confirmation before safely removing the device.
- Re-attach your storage device.
