Question about Toshiba Tecra M2 Notebook
When i turn my tecra m2 on i hear the computer load up and the lights on the side flash etc, however the screen just stays black and lifeless, i have no idea what is wrong please can you help?
Bad RAM probably bad system board. You say there are flashes usually you can check any available beep or flash codes. Sometimes they will tell you what has malfunctioned. Check the mfg. website or manual for diagnostic codes. As for the external monitor you will have to press function F4 or F8 or whatever function key you have with a monitor picture to switch to the external display. Hack
