The smaller tubes are usually 16 mm, and the larger average test tubes are 25 mm

I have a 22 x 52 intex pool and need to know how much salt to add for the first time

the equipment should specify the parts per million of salt required, just google your make and model for information, then take the volume of water(22 x 52 x average depth) and multiply by the required salt concentration. then divide by the bag weight to get the number of bags required. Get some spare bags, but start with a few less than calculated, this enables fine tuning as you test the water a few times

Player streming slow

Normally, if the streaming is slow, it could be an issue with your Network connection itself. Try to check the speed of your connection by accessing www.speedtest.net on your computer and test the speed. Perform the test three times to get the average of the download speed.

Volume issue

Tubes run hot in order to function. They degrade over time unlike transistors which usually work or don't work.
You should keep some spares around especially if you are out doing gigs.
Guessing at which tube is bad will be expensive.
With the renewed use of tubes in amps, there may be some tube testing available at a music store. Call around and see. Pull all you tubes and go test them.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

I've made a 10m water level using two 5m lengths of clear 6mm internal diameter pipe joined in the middle with a proprietary tube connector. I looped the tube with both ends next to each other and the...

The internal diameter is notional and if the two lengths you have used came from different production batches then their average internal diameter along the length of one half may be different to the other. The fact that there is such large ratio between the length of the tube and the internal diameter only makes matters worse.

You need ideally to source a single 10m length and to select a larger internal diameter to maximise accuracy: 10mm i/d will be better but if you can cope with the extra volume of liquid then 15mm or even 20mm will be much more accurate.

Fender hot rod deluxe tube rattle.

Fender hot rod´s have an common problem on the plate resistors of the preamp and phase inverter tubes.

Check if the 100K and 82K resistors on the tube socket board are not brown. Those resistors usually need to be changed to bigger ones 1/2W.

this guy made a good document about this fix:

My Garnet Pro 200 tube guitar amp has low volume

You must first isolate the stage that is causing your problem. Start at the master volume control by injecting a signal using a screwdriver. If you get a good level of hum from the speaker then output and phase splitter stages are ok. Work your way back to the front end by touching the screwdriver to inject hum into the input grid of each valve in turn to isolate weak stage. Check anode and cathode voltages on valve of suspect stage. Check cathode bypass capacitor and anode/grid coupling capacitor for open circuit. If fault in output stage check screen grid resistors for open circuit. WARNING high voltages exist in valve amps, keep one hand in your pocket and do not hold on to the chassis while testing.

Yamaha T100C Amp ...volume cuts out after 5 minutes.

Hi...

Looks like a tube amp.

Get the tubes tested. The tubes themselves should have a dark chrome appearance on the tops and maybe a couple spots on the sides. If there's any gray or milky appearance , then the tube is bad.

Let me know how you fare
