This is so specialised, you need to go to the manufacturer. In 5 years of answering questions on Fixya, this is the first time I have seen a spectrometer. Use Technical Support or Contact.

Z6100 PRINT IMAGE TOO RED

1. Run the Diagnostic Print. Verify the health of the printheads, and replace as necessary.

2. Run a printhead alignment.

3. Run a Color Calibration on the media you will be using for final output. If your media does not support color calibration, you may need to upgrade your media to one that is supported, to be able to manage your colors, or use en external spectrophotometer.

4. Please report your results for further troubleshooting.

Beckman DU 530 spectrophotometer has monochromator error code

He's not talking about a washing machine. It's a laboratory spectrophotometer posted in the wrong section. You'll have to send it for diagnosis and repairs. Our lab's 520 gave the same error. Estimated repair: $2-5000.

Unable to have prints from xerox 7760 match what is on the monitor

Hello Mary Pat,
We just took delivery of a 7760 and have not even lifted it off of the skid yet. I've been using an EyeOne spectrophotometer for years profiling papers for inkjet printers and Xerox's support of this approach to color management was one of the reasons we bought this printer.
When you say you have calibrated the printer using the calibrations in the machine I assume you are referring to the "visual color calibration" method accessed through the control panel? I do believe that Phasermatch is limited to spectrophotometers.
I'm not familiar with the "visual color calibration" method, but unless it generates a profile for you to apply to your preview loop in your application, I'm not sure how you can benefit much.
How badly do the prints miss your on screen expectations? What application are you using to view the image file?
You can contact me by email if you like.
