THIS SOUNDS LIKE THE ELEMENTS HAVE BURNT OUT TO FIX FIRST TURN OFF THE POWER THEN LOCATE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE PANEL INSIDE THE OVEN REMOVE ALL SCREWS AND PANEL THEN REMOVE THE ELEMENT FROM ITS PLUG CONNECTION TAKE THE ELEMENT TO A ELECTRIC AND PLUMMERS SUPPLY STORE REFIT ELEMENT AND YOUR OVEN SHOULD WORK FINE .

Even though you have continuity trhrough the element, it could still be faulty, to be sure if the element is o/k or not, you need to check if it is getting 240 volts to it.
If it is, and it is not getting hot, then you need to replace it.

SOURCE: creda fan oven not heating
If the fan is working o/k, then the oven elemment has probably failed.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
If the fan is not working, then it it could be the timer is on auto, and not on the manual setting. Check your user instructions.
