I cant seem to log into my messenger or mail because i forgot what my password is for both

If you have forgotten your yahoo messenger password, it is the same password as your yahoo mail. If you dont remember it anymore, go to mail.yahoo.com and click on forgot password. Just follow the instructions for password reset. Once it is reset, you can now log on to messenger using the new password.

That is a problem with your Yahoo Mail password.
You have to reset it, in order for you to gain access with your yahoo mail account and yahoo messenger account.

To reset your password go to

If you forgot your SQ answer try reset the password with alternate email address...if there is no option to reset by email....just call yahoo customer care....they will do it for you...Good Luck

check with your user id and password

check wheather the caps lock is on

cheack wheather num lock is off..

Check wheather some one else is your account..

Try to log in into yahoo messenger..
