Uninstall in by going to add/remove programs and reinstall - I believe you have an old version that is not compatible with the current version of your OS - this could be caused if the computer isn't hooked up to the internet during automatic updates - Adobe also might have updates - all your updates may be getting blocked by your anti-virus program as well.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I can,t use my adobe reader , its keeps coming up with runtime error programme c

Make sure that all parent folders for Application Data permit read access for the requisite users. Verify that each user has read permissions for each directory in the path and that your GPO policy isn't overriding these permissions. Adobe recognizes that this workaround isn't optimal in some enterprise settings.
I know this is a bit technical but it's the only solution offered by Adobe support.

Hi, if you keep getting a "error code" from the Adobe Reader; do the following. First, click on the [Start Button], select to open the "Control Panel {shortcut}." In the next window, select the [Uninstall a Program ] applet, next scroll to find the "Adobe Reader" highlight it to "Uninstall." Next, follow the instructions to complete the removal of the program. Once the Adobe Reader, is removed "restart the computer." The next thing to do is "Reinstall the Adobe Reader," click on this site to get the "Download" of the New Software.
