Question about Canon imageCLASS D320 Digital Copier
When I make a copy of something the result is a badly marred copy. The copy is looks as if ink was smeared from top to bottom. How can I clear this up?
The first thing you must check is the small scanner glass, this is the narrow glass that the machine is using when you use the dockfeeder, clean that glass and make sure there is no back dots on the glass.Even a small dot can cause lines on your page. But this lines will only be sen if you using the docfeeder.
The second probem can be the drum cartridge that is faulty. With this problem all your copies and printed pages will have lines.
If your drum is ok,the next thing that goes wrong is the fixing assy.
