If your set up is: Top-Left=Indiglo Top-Right=St./Stop Bottom-Left=Mode Bottom-Right=Lap/Reset
Than follow these steps:
1. Press Lap/Reset and hold. You should see the time the alarm was set for.
2. While holding Lap/Reset, press Mode.
3. Let go of all buttons.
4. There you go!

while in time mode, press and HOLD the mode button until the display blinks. You then should be able to move through the settings. ajdustments should be the start stop.
