Question about Lexmark Z515M InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Paper problems When I try to print out a series of papers the printer spits out the paper all at once. I have tried fanning the paper first, but that does not help. I don't have the time to stand by and feed one sheet at a time. Nor should I have to.

It sounds like your paper pickup roller or separator pad for the printer is dry. Try to take a little bit of sandpaper to the separator pad. Just enough so that there is more friction. If there is no pad, clean the roller with a cleaner that doesn't have alcohol. That will dry out the roller.

I am trying to delete all other jobs and jusr print a new job and my printer is just continuing printing out all the old jobs. I have deleted them from the list but it is still printing them. Any ideas??

Hi,
I had the same problem once. Try this... with the printer on ... unplug it. This might empty out the buffer on the printer. If it doesn't, do this...let it start to print and then hit cancel. Let it spit out the paper and then reload that piece of paper back onto the tray. Do this till all the old jobs have been completed. At least you didn't waste a lot of paper and ink.
Thanks,

HP photosmart c8100 all in one printer 10x15 photo paper spits out when ever you try to print a photo from printer .new printer thanks Ray

do the normal copies of microsoft worf comes out properly without any spitting.then its the setting problem in your printer .you can change the settings through printer properties --just adjust the photo settings in your printer and it will print the photos.
but if the word document are also having the same problem its the printer problem get the replacement as the printer is new.

feel free for further queries.
thanks.

Paper size

Okay, go to your printer folder Start/Printers Right click on your printer (Officejet 6310) and click on Properties. You will see a button near the bottom called Printing Preferences. Here is where you choose your paper. You can make your choice here and choose to make it your default settings (click Apply to make the new paper your default to print your invitations...you will have to change back after). You may change the quality of print and paper type as well since the default setting won't provide the quality of print you desire. From here it's pretty straight forward. Feed your invitations into the paper tray as you would normal paper and try a test print for quality control. Once you've got the desired output, print the rest of your invitations.

Kodak 5300 wont print on glossy side of photo paper

I just sussed this issue out. On the front of the printer tray there is another pull out tray, this opens up and must activate the photo printing for A4 because it stops the paper falling on the floor once printed (cos once printed on photo paper it may still be wet). As soon as I opened the tray (and it then opens again - you'll see what I mean) it printed A4 photo paper perfectly
Hope this helps others
