Question about Power Up TC3G5012 MP3 Player
Have you received a cd with the mp3 you should have cause you receive these with most mp3s if you have uninstall the software for it and re install it that could possibly work

You may need to get a new usb cord that could be the problem or your mp3 may be broken sorry but its the truth

Please make sure that your mp3 player is on when you connect it to your computer and that you have a driver installed, if you go to the manufacters website you might be able to find a driver there, or if you have windows xp when you conect it to the computer, in the new found hardware it has an opition to find a driver automacicly hope this helps
