    Need the wiring diagram for a Titan N-120 tankless water heater. I had to take mine apart to clean deposits out of it. I need to know which wires go where on the control board and which wires go where on the heating elements.

Niagra Industries who builds the N-120 charges a flat rate $60 to repair the unit and ship it back to you no matter what happens to it. They will not supply a diagram. One common problem is a supply wire inside burning into two pieces. I have two that are bad. One lasted 3 years and the oher didn't work out of the box but I had it as a backup and didn't try it til the warranty had expired.

The pin outs for the Titan SCR2 N-120 made prior 2004 with the two red LEDs one on the top of the other and the analog thermometer in the middle of the panel is: Numbering the pins from the Left to the Right.
1. Red -> Phase A
2. White -> Phase B
3. White -> Thyristor 1, Gate Leg 3
4. White -> Thyristor 2, Gate Leg 3
5.
Red -> Thermostat
6. Red -> Reed Switch

Also on the left side of the board there is a 10K 5Watt resistor that gets loose from the board because overheats and it needs to core solder back with soldering iron.

I didn't get a diagram with mine either.
Contact titantankless.com and use " contact us" " to see if they will supply the diagram.
I had no respose from them when I asked if I could put a remote temperature control in my bathroom. I can do it myself now that the warrenty has expired. LOL

I have a Titan SRC2 N120. the water is not heating.

Appears to be Electric. Check circuit breaker box first. If it is popped you may have a problem with installation. If it pops again
you have a serious electrical problem. Call electrician or installer.
Reset circuit breaker and still no lights or heat. Hopefully you have a warranty. If for some reason it "ran" without water, it has burned out the element. Unusual since there are sensors that verify water is moving.
Hope this helps.

After installing my titan N100 the breaker keeps tripping went from 50 amp breaker to 60 and still keeps tripping how do Isolve this problem?

You had an instant heater there before? Or a different type? Your breaker numbers don't mean anything to me, I need amps and volts, what is the amp? 30? and the volt is 220? Or are you in Europe?. And you had the four wires in there before? And you have all 4 wires on the heater line? And the heater is grounded? It should work. Unless it is not getting enough juice, but you already upped the amp. Let me know what you got.

I have the Titan SCR2 N-120. You may have a different model. On mine if you are looking at it just a inch below & 1 inch to the left of dead center will be a round black sticker(it has some white lines at&t's logo). there's a pin hole in the middle of the sticker that you can poke to reset. Or turn the breaker off then take the 2 screws out of the top of the unit. It's just a thin metal cover that you can pull back & look inside. You'll see a red circular button thats the reset button. It's right behind where the hole I was talking about & what gets pushed in. you'll also be able to see if anything burned out & can get replacement parts at titanheater.com . One of my heater elements had burn/ melted & I've ordered a replacement. It was $17 + $11 s&h but still cheaper than $200 new unit from e b a y. Best of Luck

Titan tankless hot water heater will not go off standby.

There are FAQ's at the following location:

http://www.titantanklessheater.com/page/1227557

Could be a few things. Most common are reversing the water flow (putting your cold water input into the units hot output instead of the other way around) or not bleeding the air out of the unit (running water for a minute with the unit off) before using it. Could be a bad flow detector switch or an internal malfunction as well. If you review the link above and my tips and don't find anything then contacting the company is probably your best option.
