HP 12 C display does not show entire numbers. How do I fix?

If you mean it is not showing everything after the decimal point, you can change that by pressing the [f] key followed by the number of decimal places to display. For example, to restrict it to 2 places, press [f][2]. If you want to see 4 places, press [f][4].

To show all possible decimal places, use the sequence [f][9].
From the manual (http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00363319.pdf):
"To display a different number of decimal places, press f followed by a digit key (0 through 9) specifying the number of decimal places. In the following examples, notice how the displayed form of the number inside the calculator - 14.87456320 - is rounded to the specified number of digits."

25096057-rvrejqbjq4zuw4cbinsyjvsy-5-0.png "Although nine decimal places were
specified after f, only eight are
displayed since the display can
show a total of only 10 digits. "
The standard display format, plus the specified number of decimal places, remain in effect until you change them; they are not reset each time the calculator is turned on. However, if Continuous Memory is reset, when the calculator is next turned on numbers will be displayed in the standard display format with two decimal places
shown.
If a calculated answer is either too small or too large to be displayed in the standard display format, the display format automatically switches to scientific notation. The display returns to the standard display format for all numbers that can be displayed in that format.

Need a code to unlock my radio for a 97 grand prix

Follow these steps to unlock your GM Delco Radio:
1. Turn the ignition ON (The Delco radio displays "LOC" or "INOP").

A. If your radio says "INOP" then you have entered too many wrong codes. You will need to run the vehicle for one hour or turn the key into the ON position for one hour before you can proceed to Step 2.

2. Looking at the face of your GM Delco radio, hold down the preset buttons 1&4 or 2&3 for approximately 10 seconds. The radio display changes from "LOC" to a three-digit number. Write this number down.

3. Press the AM/FM button. The radio display changes to another three-digit number. Write this number to the right of the first one.

4. You now have a six-digit number, the first three digits are from STEP 2 and the last three digits are from STEP 3, you will have a number like this (612-622).

A. NOTE: Saturn and GEO vehicles will only display a four-digit number. The fourth digit will be displayed half the size of the first three digits. Example: 2193.

Hope helps (remember rated and comment this).

I have an 1998 audi a6, the radio is in safe mode. I red the other responses to the solution to this problem but how long do you have to hold the SCAN and RDS buttons? I held them for about 2 minutes but...

Turn on radio - the word SAFE will appear in the display. Press th P.SCAN and RBDS buttons simultaneously and hold them down until "1000" lights up in the display. Release buttons. Do not, under any circumtances, continue holding them down or press them once again. This will cause the radio to consider the number 1000 to be the input code. Use station buttons 1,2,3,and 4 to enter the code number on your Radio Card. Use the button 1 to enter the first number 2 for the second number 3 for the third number and 4 for the last number. Once you have entered the code and it shows on the display, press the P.SCAN and RBDS buttons down again simultaneously and hold them down until the word SAFE appears in the display. Release buttons. Soon afterwards a frequency will be displayed.

For a 1998 Audi Quattro with a Delta radio, the button combination is DX and FM1/2.
