Question about Disney Mix Max Digital Media Player
I had a similiar issue. I took it to a friend of mine who is good with computers hoping he might be able to fix it........and he did....apparently the HOLD button was slid to the right locking all functions...once he slid it to the left closest to the power button, it worked fine. Imagine my embarrassment...I hope this is all that is wrong with yours as well

How do I add songs to my Mix Stick 2.0?
Hook the Mix Stick 2.0 up to an available USB port on your computer using the provided USB cable. Once the computer finishes loading the drivers for the Mix Stick 2.0, you can open the My Computer icon (or Computer in the Start Menu if you have Vista) and see the Disney Mix Stick 2.0 icon or the Removable Disk icon. You can then drag and drop your songs into the Mix Stick 2.0 or use the Sync feature in Windows Media Player to sync your existing tracks from Windows Media Player to the Mix Stick 2.0. Be sure to properly disconnect the Mix Stick 2.0 from your computer. For further assistance with this issue, please watch our video tutorial located here for a step-by-step walkthrough of this process.
