I work for Coby technical support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-727-3592.

Unfortunately, if the unit is charged and not coming on, or not staying on, it is defective and needs to be replaced. The unit has a 90 warranty from the date of purchase. You will need the receipt in order to receive a warranty replacement.

If you feel this solution doesn't deserve a good rating, please let me know why so that I may better assist you. If there is anything more I can do to help, I will!

Will not charge--will come on plugged into pc tower, but will not charge

it's charging when plugged into your pc, if it doesn't hold power well you may have a defective battery, plug it in and let it sit for 6-7 hours and see how long the battery holds out. if it doesn't work you have a bad battery.

ITeddy Battery Problem

When I first bought the iTeddy we did not check whether it works or not, wished we did! 2 months later when we gave it to our daughter for her birthday, it didn't work! Battery was flat and would not charge. Only worked if you plugged the unit into a USB Port to get the power. We'll searching around I could not find anyone talking about changing the battery. I went to Jaycar (electronics store) and found replacement iPod batteries. They were the same voltage (3.7V) and mAh (900mAh). I bought it in hope it would work, and YES it did! Charges up too! The battery was a "little" bigger, but that didn't concern me, but if it does you then maybe try a 3.7v with a lower mAh and that will fit. You will need to cut the wires and match the red with the red and the black with the black of the battery. Make sure you keep the plug of the iteddy so you can take the battery out by unplugging it. I used a soldering iron to fuse the wires together. Good luck!

Brand new and will not take a charge keeps flashing red and green

Well Honestly, it says Hannah friggin Montana on the front of it and it's soposed to be an MP3 Player. I Would say that it's just a POS and there is not much you can do as it has a internal Lithium-Ion battery. Personally you can do one of these two things: First, Take the hannah montana MP3 Player and smash it against the ground, while making a great video for youtube :). Second: Find the Recipt, Return it to target, get your daughter somthing she would really love and might work good for her, as well as being ecinomial in price which is an iPod Shuffle, which an older model (which Personally I think is better thanthe new model) intodays economy can be found for as little as 40 dollars, and is somthing that she can use for longer than two days :)

An electronics store will have an adapter that you headphones plug into and then you plug the smaller jack into your nmp3 player. Try Radio Shack

Sansa Doesnt Charge

You tried everything that could be done. There is an internal component that is defective that will not allow ANY battery to keep a charge. Find out from Sansa if you are still in warranty.

Go Gear Trouble

Try this:
Make sure the GoGear is disconnected from the computer
Turn the goGear off
Hold in the volume + button
Reconnect the goGear to the computer while holding in the volume + button
Continue holding the volume + button for 20-30 seconds until a "Found New Hardware Wizard" window pops up

If this does not work, the GoGear is toast, call 1-888-PHILIPS and see if you are still in warranty

I would suggest holding the 'power' button down for a good 15-20 seconds.

Oakley thump pro glasses wont charge

Check to make sure you are using the USB cable that came with them. Although other cables plug in they create the problem you have. I have had a similar experience.
