Paper crunched up and jammed i n rear of printer I cant remove it.

If this is constant, it may be caused by the fuser or the redrive assembly. I would suggest you contact Lexmark Technica Support.

Lexmark T640 squeaks when it prints. It sounds like it is coming from the fuser area, but I can't be for sure. It seems to happen a lot around here (we have over 100 lexmark printers). Can this be fixed...

That can be caused by several factors(e.g. small paper stuck inside the printer, the roller or the toner cartridge). But here's a link to the Lexmark website to guide you on what to do when having this kind of problem on the Lexmark T640 printer. http://bit.ly/cFLEel. Hope this helps. If all else fails, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.

Jams, no print

Remove the redrive and try to print again. The unit does not need
a redrive installed to print and it's an easy test to perform.
Let me know the results of this and we can continue.

Print head replacement lexmark t632

You will have to remove the top cover, both side covers and the rear door and redrive to get to it. Once these covers are removed you will need to remove three screws to release the printhead and disconnect a couple of cables.

I usually have to clip a couple of zip ties and use needle nosed pliers to get the cables out.

It is do-able if you are patient.
