Question about Protron PD-758LP
I was fast forwarding through previews to get to the movie. The screen went black, and the motor died. When I press the "start" button, the screen flashes the blue "Protron" sign for about three seconds and then goes black. The motor never really kicks in. The machine is about two months old.
Is it still under warranty? I would return to store for new unit, possibly a better one, I have had problems with protron equipment.
