the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Have you got that particular headset enabled in audio settings.

If you are talking about Skype: click Tools - Option -Audio Settings- Microphone then the down arrow at the extreme right of the mic name box, select your mic if it's name is in the drop down menu.-- scroll down and click Save. then test it.

Good luck

Microphone

Hi,
You mean to say that your not able to chat using this microphone, that is your not able to here the voice from the other side if i am not wrong.

What you have to do is, go to "Entertainment under accessories, select "volume control" under that check for Mic it will be Mute, uncheck under Mute then it starts working.

Can't connect headset and webcam

The headset needs to connect to the computer not the camera. There should be a Mic jack on your computer. Usually the headphone and mic jack are next to each other. What kind of computer are you using?

New headphones

Try plugging them into the jacks on the back of the PC case. Make sure you connect the right connector to the right jack. If this works, then there is a problem with the front jacks. Sometimes they are left unattached when the PC is assembled.

Also, check in control panel under sounds and make sure you have a sound scheme selected. If it says no sound scheme, select one, the click NO if Save sound scheme prompt comes up.

Why my mic dosnt work on yahoo chat

zzzdisk

It is a general problem, you have to see on control panel, and see if the correct drivers for the particular modem is well installed. Also check your conection again, (settings) for your TCP/IP configuration, and dialup? set up.
check your drivers for your modem too, and if you set up correctly the Messenger, on setup the mic, cam, and sound.
good luck
