Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Hello, I have had several problems with this printer, I have even sent it to be remanufactured and it still doesn't work. First my computer would not recognize it and then it worked for 3 print outs. Finally I put it away for about 2 years but I am very frustrated because I've only used it for like 2 months, if that. Now the computer recognizes the printer, but it flashes "check paper" button even though there is paper in the printer. I also pressed the scan button and it doesn't work. What do I do? Is it hopeless? Should I get it fixed? Where can I have it fixed?

    I think HP must have been effed up by that dizzy female that ran it until she was chucked out on her ***. I blame her every time the alignment wsheet prints again and again and again.

The broad answer to this is there is no fix. These things are made in such a way that they don't 'fix' If it goes wrong under warranty it is replaced with a new/or re-manufactured one. If out of warranty - just go buy the next one.

    HP may have a swap out scheme whereby your trade you 'broken' one for a remanufactured one at a modest price
    Epson certainly do this here in the UK I am on my third R300

Simply go to HP site and select your printer / follow prompts to driver / download / install

NB = Do NOT plug printer in till software tells you to.

You would get a choice of selecting any three drivers and softwares related to your printers. All work. Please select the correct OS.
