Generally they won't slide back because some of the contents of the drawer are conflicting with contents... pizza box, or package.

Remove... re-arrange the contents & try again.

Failing that you are looking at a defective slide.
You will have to get the OWNERS MANUAL out to determine
how to pull the drawer and clear, fix or REPLACE that slide.

• Open the drawer fully. Look at the rear of the support slide is there a small, black plastic lever on one side push the lever down, the other side pull the lever up.
• Remove the small screw on either side of the support slide at the front of the drawer. Lift the drawer and push support slide away from the drawer

draw slide is mounted to the shelf bracket --either order new bracket or remove bracket [look how slide positioned on other side ] and try drilling and putting in small screw and nuts till you can order a replacement bracket

Slide-in ranges and freestanding ranges use the same installation techniques, with one minor difference: the slide-in range rests on the edge of your counter top. Removing a slide-in range is not difficult but will require a friend to assist. Removing the storage drawer from the slide-in range first will give you access to the power cord and gas shut-off valve, if your unit uses gas
Instructions

1. • 1 Pull the bottom storage drawer out as far as it will slide. Lift up the front of the drawer and unhook the back of the drawer from the drawer guide. Pull the drawer away from the range.
     
   • 2 Reach under the slide-in range and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Turn the gas valve to the off position on the house line coming from the wall.
     

3 Lift the top of the slide-in range with the assistance of your helper, and pull the range forward enough that you can access the back of the range.

4 Go behind the range and locate the connection between the house gas line and the range gas line. Disconnect the flexible gas line from the house gas line with a pair of channel lock pliers or a pipe wrench.

5 Lift up on the rear of the slide-in range while your partner lifts the front. Slide the range out of the cabinet opening and out of the house. Lifting the unit will prevent unnecessary damage to your counter tops.

I don't think you need to remove a slide rail. They should slide out by hand and then set drawer back into it. usually have to tile drawer up some to start.

Some drawers have slides that have latches that have to be manually depressed simultaneously, in ordert to remove the center drawer. Look at the slides and see if there is a button, or possibly a machined strip of metal, that releases a latch that keeps the drawer from falling off the end of the slide.

the way the dish drawer locks is the lid lowers onto the drawer..on the sides of the drawer are motors that lower and lock the lid into place ..to get to them the drawer must be removed,to remove the drawer remove th pins from the side of the drawer,slide down and off the front panel and push and and release the tabs that lock the drawer to the slide rails..then push the slides back slightly and lift off drawer..on the sides connected to support bracket on each side will be a lid motor. It is advisable to replace both at once

There should be slots in the sides of the drawer slides. Insert a screw driver in the slots and push the tabs in and pull the drawer out that way. To reinstall the drawer just hold the drawer slide and push the drawer past the tabs.

my husband is having trouble installing a kitchen drawer slide--it keeps jumping off track--can anyone help??

I just removed the drawers, you need to remove one each 1/4" head sheet metal screw from the end closest tot he drawer front. this will allow you to slide the drawers out and clean the mess undere both the dryer and the washer. repeat steps to reinstall. Takes about 2 min to remove both doors, Hint: a 1/4 socket works better than a wrench.
