That most likely can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

water backing up in the machine indicates a blockage. Two places to look are the filter and the hoses. If it is a well used machine there is a possibility of clothing in the pump. Usually something small like a sock. Hope this helps.

there is probably something stuck in the filter. take the plastic cap off and clean it out. i had this problem and found a coin wedged in the filter part. once the coin was removed.......good as new!

front loader filters are at the bottom use a screwdriver to remove it may be stuck full of coins.also make sure you dont have a button pressed in by mistake.hope this helps you
