To get the set to power on takes several tries. Almost as though there is a short in the switch or needs to warm up. Once it is on all is fine. Turns off just fine too.
This model is now covered under a class action settlement from Samsung. If you are having power problems please check with Samsung about the possibility that it will be repaired free of charge. You can get more information here:
