Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
HP Director is installed when you install the printer software. When you got the printer, did you first install the software and then plug in the printer when it told you to? HP printers are quite fussy about this. If you plug in the printer first, stuff just doesn't work correctly.
If, by chance, you did it incorrectly, delete the printer and then install the software.
Another problem could be that you installed the software meant for Windows XP by mistake. Go to the HP site if you aren't sure. Click on drivers & support, enter your printer model and download the appropriate software.
