Question about Kenmore 53642 / 53644 Side by Side Refrigerator
We have a side by side refrigerator. The front of the panel where the doors are closed feels warm to the touch. Does it need to be replaced?
Replacement is probably not necesarry. a good cleaning is usually the problem if you pull it out and vacume all the parts under it and in front make sure the condensor and coils etc. are not built up with dust. this is usually the problem.

Tips for a great answer:
is normal for the exterior of your refrigerator to feel warm. There are heater pipes located throughout the refrigerator
periodically heat up to reduce condensation on the refrigerator's exterior walls. If your refrigerator
is located in a damp, humid place, such as a garage or porch, this
occurs more frequently.
However, if your exterior refrigerator walls are excessively hot, for example, too hot to touch comfortably, your refrigerator may have a problem and needs to be evaluated by a technician.
