Question about SanDisk Sansa m230 MP3 Player
My SanDisk was given to me by my niece and I've tried removing her existig mp3 files from the disk but they still appearing when I disconnect from Windows Media Play. I tried revealing the "hidden" files but no hidden files folder show. How can I remove all files from my disk and start with a clean slate?
First change the setting of the player to MSC (SETTINGS>USB MODE>MSC) then connect the player to the computer. Open My Computer window and you should see the player right-click on the player and choose format. Click start to continue formatting the player and it should erase all the files in the player. :D
