Did you accidentally dropped the Nokia E65? Well, on this error, you shoudl bring your unit to a service center to further check the hardware error such as the microphone. However, be sure that whenever you make calls you have the network signal high so that you can have quality voice calls.

have you try to turn off your unit and try to open it again?

If still there you will need to normal reset your phone, try to save all your files, back it up , remove the memory card and the sim card and open your unit again

press *#7370# then if it required code then type this code 1234 or 12345 (unless you change the security code)

then try to open it again

I blew the headset jack with a can of compressed air and gently tapped the phone on a table to dislodge anything that might be maintaining the connection inside the jack port. This seemed to correct the problem. I hope this helps someone.
