My sansa connect got messed up on demo mode help READ EVRY THING
Ok this is wat i found out my thing is a SANSA CONNECT .
this is wat happen i was listening to music then it got fuked up so i started pressing stuff and excadently put DEMO MODE ! then i start it up and it lights up all five icons then it frezzes. some guy told me to hold down the power buuton but it look like it worked it does the same thing it turns on to the sandisk creen the says low battery but i had charged it for like 5

First, make sure the hold switch is not engaged
If it is not engaged, go to Sanidsk's website and get the firmware upgrade for the Sansa Connect - it will have the side effect of returning your player to normal (Support --> Sansa Players --> Downloads/Software/Drivers)

If that fails, then try to download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool from: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532 If that still fails, upgrade the firmware from the Sansa website If that fails, uninstall the software from the installation CD and reinstall it from the Sansa website.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
Download the Sansa Recovery Tool from the Sansa website.
Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once.
