I dont know how to download music to my nextar mp3 player.

Plug the MP3 player into the computer with a USB cable. The MP3 player should then be automatically detected by your computer and show up as a device (external drive or folder) on your computer.
You must then open this external file (MP3 player) by either double clicking or right clicking with your mouse. Then drag the MP3 file or files from your computer to the MP3 player.

My nextar mp3 doesn't conncect

Talked to a nextar rep, if windows doesn't load the drivers, then their is something corrupt in the firmware. When I hook mine up it keeps connecting and disconnecting. So it's most likely a firmware issue that has to be fixed by nextar.

When i plug my MP3 player into the USB, it says USB connected, but it doesnt show up on my computer

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
