Push once to turn it on, push it once to turn it off if its in the on mode,
hold power till it flashes red, blue over and over then its in discovery mode and all zeros is most likely the code for it.

Ok Close The Headset Boom And Hold The Multifuntion button until the headset indicator turns on then release and open the boom. Then its On Discovery Mode And I Have Confirmed The Code Is 0000. Pairing Is Successful when the indicator on the headset flashes 10 times. On steady is pairing mode also you wanted to know how to turn it off well it turns off after 5 minutes of not being used And Will Turn On With The Touch Of The Button.

My motorola n136 will not pair to my ps3

Hold down the answer call button on the bluetooth headset until the light is solid (not flashing). When the PS3 detects your headset, it'll ask for a pass. The pass should be "0000" (four zeros).

Hope this helps.

I have this motorola n136 that I used with my old Samsung phone. Then I bought a new samsung and bought a new charger for the blue tooth and now I cannot synch the two together.

Your headset may also be called a HS850 (may look different) but the instructions would be the same. Instruction manual is here:>>>>>>>>>

close flap (off mode) hold down the "on" function button until the blue light comes on. once it comes on open the flap.. the blue light should stay on. you should already have your phone set for pairing. if your phone ask for a password. its generally 0000..but heres a link to the guide..http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/generalpairinginstructions.asp?p_headset=742

Motorola HS850 N136 bluetooth won't go into discoverable mode. I press and hold the call button. The light turns blue for a second but then turns off. I am trying to get my cell phone to discover it.

open the boom (mic) right when it turns to solid blue!

How to connect the bluetooth??

I used this Motorola Bluetooth manual to connect my Motorola N136/HS 850 to my LG PM 325 phone. In the attached manual: Go to "using your headset" - "linking your headset and phone" and follow the instructions. You may need to revise the steps slightly to fit the functions of your phone. I followed steps 1 and 2, skipped step 3 and instead found the bluetooth icon on my phone, selected "add new", then selected "searching and pairing" and allowed the phone to search for and pair my bluetooth device. The Motorola Bluetooth device appeared on the screen of my phone within seconds as "Motorola HS850". I selected the device on the screen of my phone and followed step 5 entering the pin code "0000" and selected "connect" on my phone to begin using my bluetooth. I hope this helps someone. Lost N136 Manual

I have an N136 which turns out to be an HS850 (with folding boom}. This model requires the boom to be folded while the answer button is held down, When the light comes on the boom must be extended before the light goes out. The light will now stay on and the phone should find your headset.
