I have a Xybernaut Atigo DT380 Tablet running Windows CE version 4.0 Pro. I just got this tablet used, so I am not very familiar with the interface. It has a USB slot, but when I put in the USB data drive, the computer does nothing. It won't recognize the drive, and I don't know how to download a driver (or where to find one). Any help is appreciated. Here are the Tablet's specs:
Processor: Geode GX1 processor
Memory: 32MB Flash, 64 MB SDRAM
8.4'' TFT LCD
800 x 600 SVGA

To transfer files directly from a usb flash drive you will need a USB on the go adapter. If your tablet is rooted, StickMount will make the process much easier.
You can also use a computer to transfer the files, plug both the tablet and the flash drive into a computer and use windows to transfer them between the two devices.
Additionally you could use some sort of cloud storage to transfer them, attach the usb drive to the pc, and copy the photos to a service like Google drive or Dropbox, then simply download the files onto the tablet using that services app.
Usually you would just plug in you tablet to the computer and it should see it as a new drive. You would then browse the folders and transfer what you want. A manufacturers model would help to troubleshoot the issue.
Just use the provided USB cable and connect the tablet to PC. Windows will recognize it as another drive (USB Mass Storage similar as USB HDDs and USB sticks). Copy the APK file anywhere (for example to Downloads folder. Then unplug from PC and run the Files application on Archos. Browse to the directory and clicking on the APK filewill start installation process.
