Problem for Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2005 for PC
Trend micro will not load
I have trend micro Internet security 14 on a dell and it will not load or stop from trying to load. Help- what do i do? I tried reinstalling and it will not let me because it says I have 2 more years left, etc.

If the issue still occurs, restart PC-cillin Internet Security using PCCTool:
a.
Double-click My Computer on your Desktop.
b.
Double-click Local Disk.
c.
Go to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro
d.
Double-click the PCCTool.exe file (its icon appears as a capsule and a lifesaver).
e.
On the General tab, under Start and Stop, click 2. Quit All Modules.
f.
Click 1. Start All Modules.
g.
Check if the issue still occurs.
