The speakers should connect to the "green" or output port on the rear of the PC. It will sometimes have a symbol like this ((---))--> This to tell you that the signal is going OUT of the computer.
If you cables don't match up then you can stop by your local Radio Shack and will have the proper adapter(s) to get your speakers connected.
