ECS G31T-M7 v1.0 always getting error flash part is not supported when updating bios. Any solutions for this?

If your motherboard is ECS G31T-M7 v1.0, it may not be compatible with the Radeon R7 240 GPU that you purchased. You should check the manufacturer's website for the list of compatible GPUs and also check the specifications of your motherboard to see if it supports the GPU.
If your motherboard is indeed compatible, it is possible that the error message "flash part is not supported" is due to an outdated BIOS. In this case, you should try updating your BIOS to the latest version using the ECS Live Update Utility or the BIOS update utility provided by your motherboard manufacturer.

Is a 2gb video card compatible with ASUS P5GC-MX/1333?? Also what is the max ram size the motherboard can take???

The motherboard's max memory supported is 4GB. The 2GB part of the video card is not really what decides if it is compatible or not; it is the interface of the video card. The motherboard in question has slots for PCI Expressx16 and PCI Expressx1.

What is the processors that can be compatible for Intel motherboard

Confirm your motherboard's compatibility with the Intel CPU you want to install. Motherboards typically only support one type of CPU slot, so purchase an Intel processor that is compatible with that slot.
Ensuring your processor and motherboard are compatible is vital when choosing parts to build your own computer system. If they are both the same socket type, they will most likely work together.
Brands
There are a plethora of motherboard manufacturers, but only two main processor manufacturers: AMD and Intel.
Every motherboard, regardless of manufacturer, has a socket that will accept a processor.
Intel
Common Intel socket types include LGA775, LGA1156 and LGA1366. Older models include PGA370, PGA423 and Socket 479.
Your motherboard and processor will be generally compatible if their socket types match. ...

I have an old Hitachi Visiondesk 2520. I wanted

Yes, many.

That motherboard is from the "Windows 98" era, but Microsoft _has_ tested it with Windows 2000, and found that it is compatible.

+-----------------------------

The Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) contains products that have passed testing with Windows 2000.
Not every computer and/or device has been tested in all possible configurations.
Visit the Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Labs web site at http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/ for the latest compatibility information and to download and install drivers for the hardware listed.

One eBay seller is offering RAM (PC100/PC133) for your motherboard:
http://cgi.ebay.com.hk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220317703040

So, your most-difficult part will be finding a "new" (or "previously-owned") motherboard that comes WITH a face-plate, e.g.,

http://www.hitechlegion.com/images/stories/HowTo_BuildCustomPC/24.jpg

that has the same "perimiter" dimensions as the face-plate connected to your current motherboard.

So, you could try to find a much-older motherboard that is compatible with current RAM, or you could try an older motherboard, such as one with a Pentium 4 CPU, that takes DDR266/DDR333/DDR400 RAM, or you could try a not-so-old motherboard that takes 'DDR2' RAM.

Newer motherboards will have integrated-sound, integrated-video, and integrated-networking, so that your current sound-card, video-card, and network-card won't be needed.

What is involve in selecting the ram and processor if i have already select the mother board.I mean motherboard of specific fsb.Normally If we go to computer shop they will tell us that if they will make...

You need to check the socket type on the motherboard and make sure you choose the right CPU for that socket. Also the motherboard will only accept a certain type of RAM (DDR, DDR2, DDR3) so check that as well. Other issues will be the video card slot, usually its PCIE now but always check.
