Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I have videos but no sound. My movies play fine.
Did you use iTunes to convert video to iPod? If yes, try other iPod converter, because iTunes cannot convert muxed video (muxed video means the audio and video are on the same track). Muxed video converted by iTunes will lose sound. You can learn more about the problem from apple official document
Try Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite. I think it can help you. Here is the guide page:
Hope to help you.

This sounds odd but do you have your headset (earplugs) plugged in? or is the devise plugged into a player with speakers? If so then try to turn up the volume with the wheel by going clockwise.
