There is only one set of out jacks, the rest are in and they are usually right next to the in jacks. You are looking for a set of red and white colored plugs, some have a yellow with that would make three next to each other. The sound bar will work whenever the power is on then all you do is turn down the sound on the tv.
If youre looking for an audio output , it's digitally encoded.
Try connecting your incoming signal to an A /V receiver 1st ( if you have one)
Then drive the sound bar and sub with the receiver
hi first of all u should check ur transistor connections.Check your
Horizontal and vertical output transistors.You should also
check the horizontal and vertical yoke connections as well as your low
voltage regulators.... if any of these got damaged u should purchase a

Yes it is called an EEPROM IC chip that needs to be replaced. Very comon to fail on these types of sets. GE owned RCA back the 1990's now funai owns both along with magnavox and parts may be hard to get.
