Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
Our washer spins like a tazmanian devil in the spin cycle and slams into the inner walls of the washer and wont balance. The legs are all level and we also rocked the unit from back to front to reset the back feet. Any suggestions??
Your basket drive is grabbing. the only way to stop that is to locate the clutch and the tube directly above it is your basket drive put a little white lithium up there. but not in the clutch. this will solve that problem. But if you do not know what you are looking for this will be difficult to locate.
