Change the toner cartridge, if you have already done this and the copies are still dirty, clean the mirrors under the glass.

The copies have a black line in the middle and the error code 5010 comes up, turn it on and off and it works again but the line in the copies is still there. thank you

Dirty print out is basically due to cartridge related issues. Take out the cartridge and clean its drum/ (green roller) with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. The drum is usually located under a cover. Checkout for any spilled toner inside the printer and clean it also. Print a few pages so that the parts get further cleaned. I think, this would solve the issue.

Moreover, black streaks (thicker lines) and dots etc indicate faulty PCR Roller which is located behind the green drum inside the cartridge. Cartridge or get the PCR Roller changed by a professional.

Let me know if any further clarification is required.

My copies are coming out with a horizontal black line through the middle of the page. I have a cannon C330D copy machine. And would like to fix this myself if possible. Any suggestions?

If you can wipe off the line with your hand its probably your fuser roller or pressure roller thats need to be changed. IF the line is fused properly and cannot be wiped away you might have a damage drum unit.

HP Laserjet 3330 printed dark page especially around the middle

Does this happen both when copying and printing?
For printing solution, try another toner cartridge.
If lines continue to appear when copying (primarily through the automatic feeder) then lift the auto feeder, and clean the glass -mainly the narrow piece on the left side.

please rate solution :)

White line and very, very dirty copies

the nealy black copies sounds like the drum is going, try adjusting the exposure to light, if it comes out with the whole page the same way but just lighter than change drum. White line sounds like there is something on the coronas.

Black line on copies

If your copier has an automatic feeder and your line is present when using the feeder but not when you copy from the glass, just clean the small glass at the point where the line appears.
