Am trying to install Best Buy's digital music store to use with my new Sansa player. Everytime I go through the process, either using the CD or directly from the site, I get the following error message:C:\Users\Lori\AppData\Local\Temp\Rhapsody\Staging\Update_OB\aupr3210.dll cannot be opened. Any help fixing the problem would be appreciated.
