How do I get my emerson microwave to turn off after the timer is finished?

There are a couple of microwave ovens out there where after it has finished cooking, the light and fan continue to run until you open the door. Then the fans shuts off, but the light remains on. When you close the door, then the light shuts off. If the light and fan go back on when you close the door, then you have a bad door switch.

It won't shut down and reset and there is no messages on the view screen on the printer

Welcome to Fixya

Try to reset the power of the machine first by unplugging the power cord of the printer from the wall. Let the printer sits for 5 mins then plug it back in then turn it on. Wait until the printer finished initializinf then try to turn off the printer and see if it will respond.

Why does my radiator cooling fan remain on after I turn off the ignition?

The car has a computer that is linked to the engine. It is hard wired to it meaning the computer is always on. Upon shutting your engine off taking the keys in hand the computer is still on sensing the engines temperture. The coolant sensor will send power to the relay to keep the fans running untill cooled down enough. Then the sensor will cut off power to the relay shutting off the fans

Error Code c1188

Hi,
I've not heard of C-1188 before, it's not listed either. However, any C-11xx codes relate to the finisher. It's worth opening and shutting the finisher, plus have a look inside it for any stray bits of paper

Operation of computer while connected to F380 .

Hai

I understand that your Isue is "After installing the HP All-in-One software, the computer stops responding during start up when the All-in-One is connected and turned on. The computer will start correctly if the All-in-One is not connected or is turned off."

SOLUTION:

This problem can be resolved by changing the "USB Emulation" in the Computer BIOS settings.
If you are using a DELL Computer just follow my instruction below.

Caution:
If you are using a USB keyboard, do not disable “USB Emulation”, “USB Keyboard Support”, or “USB Legacy Support”. If the settings must be disabled, use a PS/2 keyboard

Changing the BIOS on a Dell Dimension computer
Follow the steps below to turn off the ability to boot from USB devices but still support a USB keyboard while starting. Contact Dell for assistance if necessary.
  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Unplug all USB devices other than a keyboard.
  3. Start the computer. When the Dell logo displays, press the F2 key to enter the System Setup (BIOS) program. If the Windows screen displays, wait for the computer to finish starting up, shut it down, and then try again.
  4. Press the Down Arrow key to highlight Integrated Devices (Legacy Select Options).
  5. Press the Enter key.
  6. Press the Down Arrow key to highlight USB Emulation .
  7. Press the Space Bar until the “ No BOOT ” option displays.
  8. Press the Esc key twice to go to the Exit menu.
  9. Plug the USB devices back in.
  10. Ensure that “ Save Changes and Exit ” is highlighted, and press the Enter key. Contact Dell for assistance if the problem still exists
Changing the BIOS on a Dell Laptop PC.

  1. Shut down the portable.
  2. Unplug all USB devices including USB keyboards.
  3. Start the laptop. When the Dell logo displays, press the F2 key to enter the System Setup (BIOS) program. If the Windows screen displays, wait for the computer to finish starting up, shut it down, and then try again.
  4. Press and hold the ALT key while tapping the P key until a screen displays that includes the words “ USB Emulation ”.
  5. Press the Down Arrow key to highlight “USB Emulation”.
  6. Press the Right Arrow key until the “Disabled” option displays.
  7. Press the Esc key once to go to the Exit menu.
  8. Plug the USB devices back in.

Change the BIOS on computers from manufacturers other than Dell If you do not have a Dell computer, contact the computer manufacturer for assistance. If the manufacturer does not know how to disable starting from USB devices, they may be able to change the order (boot order) of the disks the BIOS uses to start the computer. Move the bootable USB devices selection lower on the list than the computer hard disk drive. If you have any further queries or if the problem still persists, reply me. Computer Still Shuts down

Try running a check Disc on the system drive go to start programs run and type in cmd once there type (chkdsk C:/x) exactly like that with the X say yes to the prompt that ask you if you want to dismount the volume, if it asks you if you want to run it the next time the system reboots say yes and reboot. It should start running before the computer logs on. Kick back and relax it takes between 2 and 3 hours to finish. If this doesn't work it might be a hardware issue.
