You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.
I think you cannot find all of your deleted photos and videos back because of your new files. you may overwrite the place of your SD card. But photo recovery software may find part of your videos and photos anyway. just connecting your sd card to computer and scan your card with photo recovery software to check if you can recover them.

so that u can delete all photos easly..
2. in cyber - shot u there is a option "mark all "so that u all delete all the files..
3. or another way format the memory card. it will delete all the files..

Please format the memory stick using the formatting tool to delete all the contents of the memory stick. This camera does not have the option to select multiple images and then delete them.
