Sounds like a gummed up carb. Inspect and clean carburetor. Particles of broken fuel line or resin of old gas maybe restricting fuel jets.

25cc Gas Line Trimmer- both gas lines have disolved and the fuel filter is just rolling around inside the tank. I have replacement fuel line. Do I need to replace the fuel filter?

It is never a bad idea to do so. If the unit has some years on it, I would say yes. Inspect it, and if it is still nice and white, keep it. If it isn't, I would replace it.

How do you repair gas lines?

Find the best spot that is not rotted or rusted.Cut the line there and either you can buy a line flaring tool and replace the bad area. The easiest and cheapest way it to replac it with rubber line and clamps.Make sure that you purchase the High Pressure fuel line or it will not pass inspection.

Have an old T27 the gas cannot be sent from the tank to the bulb and into the carburetor.

Just a thought, either your fuel filter is clogged, your gas line is collapsed, or there is an air leak in the system between tank and bulb. Obviously you've inspected the gas lines and the bulb for wear (cracks) and you haven't recently replaced gas lines where it might have been possible to switch in / out lines....the only reason I ask is that is what I did when swapping parts from one model trimmer to another..my bad, but I finally figured it out.....Please let me know.

Home Inspector detected gas leak coming from inside Dryer

The main valve in the burner may be leaking a little--if so, the valve assembly will need to be replaced. Did the repairman detect any gas as the home inspector did? Make sure the machine is level and does not rock in any direction that might fracture or loosen the incoming gas line. Have the gas supply company check for leak.

Fuel leaking from top of gas tank

sounds like you are going to have to drop the tank out to inspect and fix. with luck it will be leaking from the fuel pump seal or the return line.
Bad luck would be if the tank is rusted out and needs to be replaced.
Syphon as much gas out of the tank as you can before you drop it , gas is heavy.
