Question about kawasaki Full Suspension Mountain Bike Men
I have a 05 kawasaki brute force it started just missing a little now it is bad unless i choke it then it does fine but as soon as i flip the choke it misses it will idle but soon as i give it some gas it spits and sputters and then it dies i sprayed carb cleaner down the carbs drained the gas line put new plugs in and it is still doing it
Just had same problem. Take carbs off and clean all jets and bowl. Be carful front and rear carb have different sized jets. When you put quad back together put entire airbox together even the cover. This quad will backfire unless air box is complete. I bet you anything your carb is full of trash.

To be honest with you i have the same quad and its the same age, ive just had to spend a fortune on it because the engine seized solid for no reason, i had a honda 350 before this kawasaki and im going back to honda. im NEVER going to buy another kawasaki, its been nothing but trouble from day one!

KAWASAKI V-TWIN ATV CARBS GET DIRT IN THEM ALL THE TIME AND THE AIR JETS GET CLOGGED. CLEAN CARBS PILOT JETS ARE CLOGGED

Valve adjustement and carb syncronization will help your problem, make sure that the carbs are sitting properlly in the carb boots, and tighten the clamps properlly.
