All programs are not responding when I need to close them


Hi,
It is normal that Windows reports programs as not responding when it try to close the computer. If all program is reported as not responding and the computer do not close at all, then it sounds like a serious problem. I would reinstall my Windows even though it is boring.

when you close your laptop internet connection is closed too
but internet explorer try to reach to internet

it could be some spyware on your computer
perform scan with antimalware product

Hi there!!

The problem that you are facing is not uncommon.I faced a similar one too. It can be because of various reasons:-
1) There are too many items running in your system background that are consuming unnecessary RAM of your desktop\laptop!! Try closing them down or removing unnecessary items from your Start-up menu.
2)U did not state how much ram u have.....but your OS has to have some free too to function normally.(do u have a Vista?).
3)U can also defragment your hard drive and memory.Over time clusters get accumulated that can slow down the performance of your machine.
4)I hope u hv a latest antivirus as trojans and spyware can also slow your machine.
5)And then there is always the option of formatting your machine's root drive i.e. the drive in which you have installed your OS!!

Shutting down


if its a laptop take the battery out or the HD if its a PC turn it off at the mains if it always freezes at shutdown a program or even soundfile is corrupt run system repair then you will need to ctrl--alt-delete to see if a program is not responding and close it by choosing> end task

Several problems


It seems it can be your top lcd flex that has some wear and tear. If you've been using the phone more than 1 year, its possible as you need to always open and close the top to use the PC functionality.
A service technician should be able to fix it.
