You can find nearly any available datasheet at Hint: the P9NB50FP is a generic and should be from more than one maker. Drop the SSS and search for the generic 7N80A, as the SSS is a specific manufacturer. Add a 2S to search for 2SC5929. Once you know the parts ratings, you can cross them on the site by searching for similarly rated parts. There should be many equivalents.

It's hard to tell what the problem is without looking at the device itself. A straight-forward solution would be to replace IRF630 with a different MOSFET, that tolerates higher voltages. However, this is not an optimal solution because the problem might be caused by a malfunctioning power supply, a bad filter, etc. It would be of greater help if you provided voltages from the transistor's pins.

Horizental output transistor get open suddendly

Check whether the FBT or Deflection Yoke has any fault. Any short to these components will cause the horizontal output transistor to fail, as soon as the set is switched ON.

Screen horizondally pulled right side and screen rolled to left side

your monitors horizontal deflection side have some problem. you have to check the horizontal width cotrolling transistor mounded on the aluminum heatsik near the lot( line output transistor). also check the three mosfets which adjust the width for different resolutions. there are three such mosfets in the horizontal section.

fist of all replace the width controlling transistor in the heat sink. photo of mosfet and transistor is added for reference. not the exact number.

No variation in display while increasing size

this problem is due to horizental deflection circuit.
plz check a high frequncy filter diode at eht .it has locked with h-yoke conector. also check all diodes and mosfet in eht area.

Well my ACER AL1916B LCD monitor blew up.

The MOSFET that blew up will more likely to have the switch mode driver IC that went out with it also, you need to verify that the IC is good otherwise you will blow up the new MOSFET, you may be better off buying a new board from here:
By the time you order the new MOSFET and other parts it may end up more han $35, just a suggestion.

Hello sir, only horizental single line show in my display, what is this problem?

That is caused by absence of the vertical signal, more likely to be a problem with a semiconductor (specially a transistor) broken inside the display. Also, it may be caused by a "cold joint" or a problem with the solder. Heat caused by the "excessive" use of this monitor causes the joint to fail.

Horizontal output transistor keeps failing

The horizontal output transitor is always connected to the primary winding of the flyback transformer (via collector) and also to the horizontal deflection coil via an electrolytic capacitor. The most likely suspect for damaging the transistor is the fylback transformer. In some countries there are electronic stores that test flyback transformer by winding a few turns on the ferrite core and applying a test voltage. This test will only test the secondary. The primary winding is difficult to test for turn to turn short because the resistance is quite low and you do not know the 'good' resistance.
