Hi,
You can solve this by changing the date to current date and time.
you can change it by pressing setup > tools > select date and time.

How do i change the time and date on my hp officejet 6310 printer


First of all, congrats, you are using one of the best printer on the market.
For HP Officejet 6310 :-
To set the date and time
1. Press Setup.
2. Press 6, and then press 3.
This selects Tools and then selects Date and Time.
3. Enter the month, day, and year by pressing the appropriate numbers on the
keypad. Depending on your country/region setting, you might enter the date in a
different order.
4. Enter the hours and minutes.
5. If your time is displayed in the 12-hour format, press 1 for AM, or 2 for PM.
The new date and time settings appear on the display.

Silly problem. HP Officejet 6300. All paper types I use are pulled into the machine at a slight angle. Any ideas?


Hello sir; I believe the paper pick up roller dose the problem, you may use rubbing alcohol to clean up, it will take care the problem.

The time and date on my HP Officejet j3680 all-in-one is incorrect. How do I fix that?


In order to set the date and time:
Press Setup (top right on the front panel), press Tools, and then press Date and Time.

Please clean the copper contacts of the cartridges with dry cloth and then check the expiry date and ink level present in the cartridges.

If the cartridges are expired or out of ink, replace the cartridges and check for the result.

If the cartridges are not expired and not out of ink then insert the cartridges and check for the results, if the issue persists recycle the printer and then reset the printer.
