try to use last 4 digit of your phone number . go into the menu then setting then security then enter four digets and you can find these 4 degits into in setting then phone info enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Remove the SIM card and turn on the phone.
Enter *2767*3855# or *2767*2878#
Hopefully, one will work.
Note: All data will be lost in this MASTER RESET.

I am not that good with Samsung, but let me help you by giving the available Master Reset Codes This will reset all your settings to default so you need to take precautions, because it might format your phone memory as well. Try these codes, i recommend the last one for S-series... #*7337# *#2255# *2767*637# *2767*782257378# Good luck.. and please rate me..
