Question about Televison & Video
What type Flat Panel TV is this? LCD? Plasma? Rear projection? This information would go a long way towards determining the probable cause.
However, a first diagnosis is that there is apparently a circuit overheating.
I've found that on some of the lower cost brands, the manufacturer does not test them well enough to cover all climates, or long enough to determine weak circuit design flaws. Unfortunately, it usually means a trip to the repair shop, which these days can be a high percentage of the replacement TV cost.
If you are willing to try, and can be CAREFUL, you can open it, clean out any accumulated dust/dirt (which can exacerbate overheating), possibly check (unplug/replug/wiggle) all connections between boards/modules. This may clean a dirty contact if it's gotten a tiny bit corroded or dirty (usually on older sets, or high humidity or high smoke environments)
WARNING - the power supply in any TV set will retain dangerous voltages even after unplugging. I'd recommend to unplug it, wait no less than 24 hours before delving inside it.
Never attempt to supply AC power to a set that has the back cover off... lethal voltages ARE present during operation, yes even in LCD TV's.

T-Con PCB. It is attached to the panel, under a metal shield. The LVDS ribbon cable runs to it from the Main PCB. It can be purchased separately for this model. For version SS03, the PN is: BN81-01312A
